I had a horrific experience with Bluehost. It cost me thousands of dollars, and I ended up ditching them. I would steer well clear of them if you intend to grow your site to anything approaching high traffic, or if it has downloads/multimedia.

I use Hostgator now for several sites, it's been fine.

You should use Google to find Web hosting forum to talk about this since there are many web hosting experts to help you find the best free one.

Find a paid webhost that is cheap. You will be much much happier than one that is free. Many hosts offer cheap webhosting that has fantastico.

I have a friend who uses 110mb - if you're just looking to test a few things out, they're decent. If you're planning on running a serious site, I'd avoid them, though. Their paid services are expensive for what you get, and their servers seem pretty slow a lot of the time.
