where to find programmers?

    so i have a freelance website that people are posting ever day and there are a limited amount of programmers that bid on the projects.

    where do you think i can advertise to get more programmers to the site?

    Hey, are you going to pay the programmers you owe from projects done on freelancerstore.com? They really should be paid, especially when you collected the money already from the webmasters.
