    here is the stuff you can try
    "your topic" site:http://blogspot.com from google
    similarly you can search other sites blogs wordpress , typepad anything ...
    normally blogs which are under top 100 have good pr ..
    so posting relevant comments can earn you targated traffic as well as backlinks
