Where to find pop up plugin like the one on shoemoney.com

I am going to start a list building campaign and I need a popup like the one on shoemoney.com does anybody know which one that is or where I would go to find one similar to that?

I think he mean the footer popup... I think its called ultimate footer plugin...

 

Hi I found an interesting link by doing a basic google search, search string wp plugin ultimate footer, -->> mathewday.com

If you sign up for aweber to handle your mailing list you will get nice tools to work on your website. They are expensive but it worth.
