Where To Find Paid Forum Posters?

I saw another thread about forum posting but I did not want to hijack it. Where would be the best place for me to find forum posters and about what type of prices will I expect to find?

The only thing that worries me about paying for this service is how knowledgeable will the person be about the niche of the forum. If I am going to pay, I expect them to have some knowledge about topics to be able to stir up and hold good conversations with members.

So it seems the "Content Creation" section in "BST" is the best area to find posters. Is $.07-.$10 per post the going rate?
