Is there an online directory that provides listings of current active blogs on the internet that are sectioned by categories? If there is such a directory, I'd be focused on women's beauty, fashion and sports.

No need to pay anyone for a little bit of effort that you can do for free. It seems difficult the first time but once you have done it then you will have your own database of blogs and never again will you need the services of other people. I am saying this because experience talks.
