Hello to all File Zilla users and dp members, I use XCloner for my WordPress backup solution. I want to set up ftp host for transfer of backup. As far as I know filezilla is great for these type of works. But iam unable to find my Ftp server,ftp username,ftp pass, ftp path in filezilla Do I need to create a seperate account anywhere for that? Please let me know where it will be available. I need to enter the details in my xcloner plugin immeditely. I need help in detail as iam newbie in this ftp and all. Thanks for help in advance.
You need to find that information from your webhost, then plug it into Filezilla. FZ by itself won't know or have any way to find that info on its own. It's like telling your car (or your GPS unit) to drive to Uncle Bill's house. It has no idea until you tell it. Note that often it's your website URL and control panel login info (like cPanel). But not always.
