Where to find legit CPM advertisers

I was wondering if I could have some help finding advertisers for an up and coming website that will most likely reach 100,000s of people. Where can I find advertisers that pay per 1000 impression, are willing to pay for a high volume of traffic, and are not looking to put pop-up ads all over?

valueclick is the first one that comes to mind.

 

valueclick is ok. If you have enough traffic go after an account with bluelithium, I've had better success with them as they deal with higher traffic sites and get bigger advertisers.

 

If you have a good amount of German speaking traffic, you should consider LayerAds (see my sig). As you can select the active countries, it will only be shown to German surfers. You can also select other countries, but those payrates are bad at the moment. Let me know if you need more info on LayerAds.
