Where to find Indian IT writers?

    Hello,

    I'm looking to find some site (or whatever) where I can find Indian IT writers at a low cost.

    I'm looking for specifically Indian writers - not North Americans, Brits or Aussies - on a per article and long term basis. I can come up with lots of work, but I don't want to pay anywhere near what I'd charge for an article.

    The quality of the content needs to be good, but I don't care about proper spelling and grammar. I can take care of that easily enough (which I'd be doing anyways no matter who wrote it). Also, I am not looking for SEO'd articles. I can do that myself easily enough.

    i.e. I want the basic article that I can clean up to my own standards.

    I'm looking to spend about $3.00~5.00 per article of 350~600 words.

    Topics will all be software related. Things like software reviews, comparisons, how to's, etc.

    Work will begin in a month or so, and I'd like to get things lined up now.

    If anyone knows any good places to look, please post & let me know.
