Where to find high quanlity link exchange

    I have a tiny site. The homepage, along with other 6 pages have PR 1. I want to do link-exchange with other sites. Currently all links I traded are on something like Resources page, Link page, which has PR N/A or 0.
    I want links that come from PR 1+. Do you guys know where I can find someone who can do link-exchange with me?

    Link exchanges are not "high quality." In fact, such linking practices can be looked upon as a type of link scheme.

    Regardless, you may want to try Digital Point's link exchange forum as a starting point.
