Where to find free affiliate advertising

One of the problems many people face is advertising on a shoestring or no budget at all. Many places I have found do not allow affiliate advertising (although some sneak around this). I would like to see if we can list free or inexpensive advertising opportunities for affiliate marketing. Please post what you have found!

After many, I only have 1 free online classifieds that I actually allow affiliate ads. SnicksList.com

if you get on facebook and add the visa application, they will give you $100 bucks of ads for free! good play money

 

I tried that route too. Actually, with various voucher codes, I had $250 to play with

And I got nada!
