Where to find/download free web discussion template? [Please Help!]

    I am talking about a site, in which anyone can register and have a discussion. More transparently, Just like " digitalpoint.com / webhostingtalk.com ". These two probably will be hard to find, as dedicated people may have built them, but if i can find similar and free i would be grateful.

    these sites are called PHPbb they are free. you need a php enabled web server. download it from their official webiste www.[B]phpbb[/B].com/ Anything more, just ask me

    you are asking for just a template design? or along with the discussion ability? try PHPBB (need php enabled web server), Comm100 forums (based on .net and no need to purchase any server space).
