    Hello everyone ! We recently started a new led business for cabinets maker in Quebec. Our french salesman call every cabinets maker in Quebec one by one to talk about our products and expain the advantages. It is going so well that we are now ready to sell in Canada (english part)... Problem is we live country side in a 100% french region so hiring an english seller locally is almost impossible. We need a very good english salesman that will call supplied leads all day long 35 hours a week for 50k+ a year.

    If you were us what would you do ? Hire someone in Canada and bring him here in a 100% french city... Hire someone working from home ? Hire a telemarketing company... I need you ideas and experiences guys

    Find someone who is willing to open a franchise or regional office for you in Vancouver. You get the bonus of a showroom and someone selling on your behalf. Put them on retainer + commission and the issues of supervision fall away. Use Skype for daily/weekly catchups.

    Don't hire a telemarketing company. They work in volumes and play the numbers game. They will burn through every quality lead you have and ruin the potential for any relationship.

    You should have no problem finding someone to work for you making $50k+commish... But you won't find that here. You need to pursue employment websites or even freelance sites for your right candidate.
