Your best bet isn't to hire a "writer," but rather hire a lawyer who can draft a legally-binding agreement. Anything else is taking a risk. You need someone who understands the legal issues related to your site as well as your location.

Or you may place a project detail with the requisite of a writer having 'LAW' background. As in my case, I am a doctor, but in my spare time I open my notebook and write for medical/health-related websites.
I am sure you will find somebody just according to your need.

Thanks. I guess you have right but to get a lawyer from my location would be hard, since im from sweden but work in france for now, so should i search for a lawyer from sweden or france. Also my site is hosted in netherlands Im confused  And the lawyers from here (europe), I dont think they have so much knowledge about the DMCA which is a U.S thing, now im even more confused :D

You mean here on DP or somewhere else, I could out a project here in BST, but i know 99% will be kids that have not finished school yet and tell me that they are lawyers :)

A law background isn't really enough if you want to ensure something is legally binding. The fact that you have such a complicated geographical situation means it's even more important that you talk to a lawyer. I'd try to talk to someone local to where you are right now (you can often get a free initial consult), to figure out the basics of what area's laws would govern your site or company, and then take it from there.
