I'll be kicking off a new project soon and I some some graphic design work done. For the website logo and overall site design I plan to run a contest here on DP. The site will be featuring a single flashgame I want to have made. I have found some potential programmers that seem promising, now I'm looking for a graphic artist for the art design. I haven't seen any DP contests for flash game artwork. What is the best way to locate a freelance artist for a project like this? I'm told that vector graphics are best but not absolutely necessary.
