    IMHO there is no such thing -- because drawing a goofy picture of a website before you have semantic markup of your content and a working CSS layout is putting the cart before the horse, and the antithesis of accessible website design. Starting from a PSD is a half-assed nitwit idea that exists only because people are DUMB ENOUGH to fall for 'ooh, shiney' without realizing there's little if any substance behind it.

    This is particularly true with the majority of PSD jockeys out there not knowing enough about emissive colour-space, dynamic design, responsive layout, HTML, CSS, or accessibility norms to be designing JACK so far as the Internet is concerned -- much less opening their ignorant little artsy fartsy mouths on the subject.

    ... because again, people visit websites for the content, NOT the goofy graphics some 'designer' spanked it all over the screen to create.

    Semantically markup your content (or a reasonable facsimile), bend the markup to your will with CSS to make the layouts (yes, that's plural), THEN bring in the artist to make the graphics to hang on the layouts.

    Why is layouts plural? Because fixed widths are inaccessible trash, and your page should be able to adjust to more than just the magical perfect resolution and font sizes the "artist" felt like drawing.
