I live in Spain, and I would like to create here a system like Bux.to, clixsense, dailyclicks, etc.

I want to operate in the same way they do, offering packages to advertisers and paying to surfers and they referrals.

In terms of programming,....where can I find a system like this?

I couldn't search on google because I don't even know what's the name of this system.
