    I don't even know where to begin... this is such a large, and broad thing.
    Check easy to use and free blogs, like WordPress and Blogger.

    There are HUNDREDS of blogs to choose from, and I would definitely ask old time/professional bloggers around to get their advice of blog techniques. If you have the time, just research through sites on the internet... google blogs and good luck! :)
