where to complain?

    where can i complain here to moderator? one guy is scamming here.he is using people services and later he is not paying.i want to complain about him.

    leaving negative itrader won't help. I saw his dispute and the other guy has ~50+ itrader with nothing negative. anyone will say "huh, maybe it was one time and it won't repeat".

    The proper way to alert members to problems is to write factual account in deal thread and use itrader.

    If he has scammed you, you can use itrader and you must use it to alert everyone.
    If you have facts and proofs report the related thread and provide all details in the text box. If there is no such related thread conact a Mod via PM.
