I am confused. Are you moving your domain registration to another registrar or moving your webhosting to another webhost? Email is usually tied to the webhosting account and I have never heard of a webhost helping you move away from them. You do it yourself or possibly get the new webhost to help you. If you move your site from one webhost to another you will lose access to the emails on the first. Where do you stand now? Is your site hosted at the original or new webhost?

What is the domain name ? You can always contact the main registrar, they usually help.
