    I know that it is not allowed to selling vcc at DP. So, i am only asking for a website where i can buy vcc?

    IMO, this is still breaking the rules since you are wanting to purchase a VCC and mostly VCC sellers will reply back with their offers.

    Actually, How is vcc created?

    I have got this question in my mind for so long time.

    Is it hacked or something else.
