First thing I'd suggest is be very careful if you are considering buying traffic and have a good look-see at the Policies.
Start by having content that visitors will want to come to your site for. Unique content (original, not copied from other sites) will rise up the ranks of the Search Engines quicker than stale old scraped content. Higher rankings will get the visitors coming in and a better rate.
Link to your site on places, submit to directories, have good content that people will spread around, etc! word of mouth!
Have articles been written for your site and submit to some niche article submission sites across the web. Buying traffic doesnt lie on the good eyes of search engines, once they know that.....so be a little careful while using them...i would recommned using only....orthodox and slow methods to get your site on the top.
there is only one criteria for the adsense traffic. you are not allowed to use autosurf sites and adult (or porn) sites for your traffic. and you can buy traffic where you want
