You may also get your cooking keyword noticed in vgeta.com for this keyword in google results It is free.
Also serves as a backlink plus real orgainic vistors to your site, who search only for relevant keywords.

If you're looking to expand the reach of your YouTube videos, I would recommend Sprizzy. They're an up and coming company that focuses on increasing your YouTube video's view count by showcasing your video in front of real people. They do this by utilizing their partnerships with website owners who will feature your video on their blogs and websites. By selecting categories for your video, Sprizzy can match your videos content to the appropriate audience (i.e. your cooking videos will be showcased on cooking/food sites).
Sprizzy has a great team behind them, and I really think they're worth checking out.

you can use FaceBook ads which start at $5 per day and Google Adsense starts at $10 per day and you can target the ads to the cooking niche.

    Hello,

I won't suggest you to buy the traffic Even If it's targeted too. Because once you buy it and people will be coming to you but they won't be staying there and your bounce rate will not be controlled. Google can spam you too.

I suggest you to hire a professional company and get only organic traffic.

Here is the list of top professional companies.

If you are offering the products then you should go with a special company.

    webimax
    amazonrankingexpert
    seofied
    seoinc

I hope this will help you.

    Thank You

If you're looking to "buy" traffic, the why not just use Google Adwords or Bing's marketing solution? The best traffic is organic though, you won't get as good of a conversion of paid traffic.
