This was happened with Me! I bought the gig for $8 and received the 15000 views on videos! but after one day all removed with video.. If you want safe view now you need to have subscribers with a perfect tags.
Dont depend on bot views or paid views... They dont like to create fake reputation for videos. Even if you buy views then it wont help you in any way. Simply try to optimize your videos in seo format, then you dont face this type of situation.
