Where to buy reloadbale debit cards?

    I got an account suspended on odesk & now need a prepaid card under another name to use them again. it needs to be reloadable for continual use. Any good options?

    Based on my experiences in the last 12 months, i would suggest great care when buying a reloadable credit card.

    First, most say they are and then they want some hoops to go through to reload.

    Then most don't work for overseas purchases or online purchases since august 2010 when VISA changed its regulations on both reloadable cards and gift cards. However, they are okay to use in US only overseas that it will not work.

    The US Bank card is having problems.

    The Wells Fargo bank is ok if the expiry is before 2016 otherwise not that great and wont work. Even if the expiry is before 2016, still some do not work.

    Be warned. They all want to sell their cards and then tell you that there is no refund.

    Most of all I agree with Seeker2011, Days are changed, so Do rules.... But there are still legitimate companies are providing debit cards.. keep in mind, those are e-currency based, and ask you ID proofs etc(and country mus be allowed.)

    yes! if u link ur CC to ur paypal account theres free $1, that is automatically put on ur account.. if ur CC will expired, u have to reload and purchase to merchandise..
