Where To Buy Plugs For a Media Site

    Our site indexes the top viral videos from 6 of the top online video sites and it seems like the cheapest way to drive traffic would be to buy plugs for the site from other media sites.

    Does anybody have a good list of sites that sell cheap plugs (<$.01 CPC) for video sites.
