I'm Irish so I would know www.digiweb.ie they are priced at €29.99 you wont find a .ie any cheaper any where.

 

Are 3-character domains so valueable in Ireland as .com worldwide ?

 

.ie is the code for Ireland alot of people think .com's are for America and most stay away from them here in Ireland but then alot of people in differnet countries would'nt know where .ie is for there is not alot of Irish websites with .ie for these reason's

 

I found very nice LLL.ie domain, 95 % of tld that I have checked on EuroDNS are taken. There are only 2 domain that are availble to register, does it is worth the registration ?

 

are you trying to atract Irish or world wide users?

I think it isn't smart idea. I think .ie isn't valuable if you think build a word wide site.

unless you develop , otherwise .ie domains are not that much worth in reseller... unless it's porn.ie sex.ie etc....
