    Where can i buy a ebay partnership account?
    I tried to subscribe twice but i recieved every time a no.
    So now i want to buy 1.

    ebay doesn't allow this and i don't think that there a place to buy one, unless you contact the owner of an accounts that wants to sell it.

    Instead of trying to buy, try to understand why they rejected you and then fix the problems.
