    domainsite and dynadot accepts unverified paypal? are you sure? im looking for a cheap registrar too..which have to be cheap...

    i use namecheap but they arent actually cheap. they should have taken the name 'namecostly.com' (its available for grabs:eek::D)

    Purohits.com is 100% accepted buying domain with unverified paypal a/c.

    It need to chagre as : amount x 105% + $0.3x as paypal fee.

    You could try 1&1 (www.1and1.com), they run specials from 1.99 to 2.99, but I am not sure that they accept unverified PayPal.
