Where to buy Dedicated Server? Suggestions please

I am in New Zealand and am aware of a company in Wellington called ACS (also called LinuxNet). I don't know of any in the US, sorry. But, I am sure there must be companies in the US that do this. Even if they don't you can always get the server on Hire and pay someone a managament fee. Once you pay the server off over 3-4 years you only have to pay the management fee.

 

I am now using a vps but that is just way to slow. ( check my Alexa speed!)

I am now looking into Deticaded servers: And i asked my current host ( Solarvps) what they can offer me and i was wondering if it was good enough.

Celeron 1.7
512MB RAM
80GB Hard Disk
cPanel
1200GB Transfer per Month

for $95/mo but i need it managed so it will cost me a other $30 more.

Is this the right price and server for me or is it again way to slow and will it overload again way to quickly?
