    just one advice for proxy hosting. Never look for cheaper solution. Look for servers made for proxies. A bit costly but worth it. my 2 cents

    Don't use cheap plans (shared hosting) for proxy sites. If you are serious about making money with your proxy sites you should consider at least getting a decent VPS.
