    You can check the marketplace of DP you can always see loads of WTS links with cheaper price there and of all the forums I have seen its the most busy marketplace another forum is warrior forum and netbuilder

    Personally you should never buy links for 2 reasons

    1. PPl selling them usually sell to other decreasing link juice and authority and spamming up the link sites
    2. If google finds out your links will be zapped.

    Find your own links it will be worth it in the long run

    If you have the budget to buy links try text link brokerage sites like linkworth.com ,ask2link.com, textlinkads, teliad. etc. If youar e looking for cheap links the Buy/sell/trade section of the forums here is the best place to find people offering links for sale usually cheap.
