guys this thread is from January!!!! I think that 0.99 or 0.99 + 0.22 is not much different, does anyone knows what is renewal rate of 1&1 for the 0.99 .info? I have seen only few registrars who offer .info renewals below $7.99
There are so many threads asking for cheap INFO domains that I didn't realize on the thread's date, LOL As for your question, INFO renewal at !&1 is like anywhere else, at it regular price, thus I believe it will be $6.99 I have several domains at 1&1 near to their renewal date but not yet. The terms of the service expressly say that your CC or Paypal will be charged with the renewal fee, when due, at regular prices.
