    Take a look at RentACoder dot com

    Try building up your reputation by offering to do Flickr clones for 20 bucks...
    Then move to more challenging stuffs for higher prices... like making YouTube clones for 30 bucks.

    Ok those were sarcasm. I really don't know any "good" sites.
