For example, i have a list of sites, where i want to buy traffic from, but i don't have their owners contact info. May i ask for owners contacts (in some ways for $ reward), on DP? In which category should i post such a request?

Use whois information where available to contact site owners.

Or visit the site(s) and see if they have contact/advertising info listed.

Thanks for advice, guys, but often email is hidden in whois, and there are no contact info on site as well. By the way, i can pay a nice amount of money for working contacts of big site owners )

If they hide their contact info intentionally, what makes you think they want to be contacted by you?

Well like I said, if they aren't giving you a way to contact them even indirectly, their traffic probably isn't for sale. You'd be better off buying from someone who is selling.
