Where To advertise

    Hi All,

    I was wondering where to advertise since not all place accept mine site:
    Magic mushrooms

    In the past i had adwords, but then they closed my account.
    saying they not accept mine site.
    While our competitors where advertising! why accept some and others not?

    I would try contacting bigger fan sites and infosites in your niche and ask how much it would cost to put up a banner. Adwords is not going to accept that site because that is illegal to sell in the US.

    googles a tough cookie to advertise with lol i would try microsoft adcenter or yahoo search marketing if i were you. its cheaper, mind you they do drive less traffic but its also a lot less b.s. that you have to put up with if you were to use google.

    Have you tried on the underground forums? Such as "growing forums", "magic mushroom forums?", usually targetting sites in your niche, and related websites usually are the best places to advertise, or you can try Project wonderful to advertise as well.

    It's always a mystery why some sites are allowed to advertise while you in the same niche cannot. I suppose you could always contact the other advertisers and see if you can do a joint venture

    In which network you tried to advertise your site? There have many sites with advertising facilities. Try Adword, Facebook, AdBrite, Bidvertiser, Chitika, Infolinks, Pocket Cents, Kontera, Clicksor, Exit Junction, Yahoo Publisher Network, Fastclick. Some of them must accept you. You have to find out the most suitable place for your business.
