Our company makes a single niche electronics product. We offer an affiliate program that pays $20 for a $100 product sale. First question: Is that enough of a commission to attract people? Second: What is the best way to market this affiliate program? There are so many potential sites, but many appear focused on e-books and media as opposed to actual products, plus there are cost involved with some and not others. Similarly, this forum tends to address issues of the actual affiliates, not the vendors, so difficult to find the right information. Guess I am looking for someone with experience in the area. Been there done it type of thing. Cheers Tony
It depends on how hard of a sale it is....if your selling a hit item like iphones and its a 20% commission then its a hot commission but if your selling electronic toilet bowl cleaners the commission rate may not be so hot.
