I read a blog said that digg.com and askthebuilder.com earn $300K and $100K. But where does they put adsense?

If you go to digg.com, no adsense displayed. Correct me if you see adsense..

I think that these sites are premium publishers, so they can have adsense with many different ad format and styles that we can't have and they can even put the ads withour the Ads by Google tab!

Yes buddy they are premium publishers and they don't have to place ads from Google text with ads . They just place special codes in which images are displayed .

If i'm correct, I think Google has to approach you and offer it to you. But i'm not 100% sure.

I am guessing that you would have to be having a lot of genuine traffic , something like 10,000's daily, and things like that.

You need a lot of visitors and then you may be approched.

You need to be very very large to be a premium publisher - I'm sure if you ever get there Google will get in touch. I think there is a minimum threshold of 20,000,000 monthly pageviews, but there may be other criteria also.
