where should you advertise your site, how do you decide that?

Do you care much about Pagerank while advertising your site or you see the traffic of the site where you are going to advertise?

I think most of the webmasters now look for higher PR sites where they advertise and get PR juice. I think running after PR is not very good. Traffic should also be considered seriously.

    What is your opinion?

Any site that has high quality visitors and high traffic is good.

PR is useless but people wont get that into their heads.

For me, I will only go for HIGH traffic site. Even if it has PR0 I don't care. I just want traffic :)

    Same here.

PR means nothing. I want to know how many hits they are getting, how the site looks, and if they will work with me on where to put my ads and articles.
