Where should we place keywords

    Page title is the most important, then in a H1 heading tag. Get it in the first paragraph of the content and near the bottom of the content, plus sprinkle throughout the main body of the text. Don't overdo it, keep the body content natural and readable and written for humans not search engines. Use synonyms to vary instances of the keyword/phrase throughout the text.
    Then go build incoming text links to that age (very important) with the anchor text of those links as variations on your keyword(s).
    There's lots of fine tuning you can do, but that's a useful basic formula.
