Your keyword that you hope to rank well for, should be in the title, meta description, meta keywords and spread about naturally in the body

Definitely title. That is the main thing google goes after. A dynamic title that changes according to the current page (done by php for example) also helps. Wasnt it so that google does not look at description or other meta tags anymore, because these are easy to manipulate?

Ideally, you should choose an EMD, and put your keyword in the meta title, description and fill the keywords. Also put your keyword in your articles and take attention to keyword density.

You should use the title in the keyword and in the pages with proper keyword density.

Use the keword tool and put the keywords in titles and in articles. It is good to have a keyword in your domain name if possible and the h1 and h2 and in the meta tags.

Put keywords in content and in h1 and h2 and meta tags. It is good if you have it in your domain as well.

I guess, there remains no need for any explanations. Friends have done much justice with the subject.
