Where should I post this? Can I post this?

I would like to post a request looking for "JV" partners to take part in an upcoming site launch, but I'm not sure if this would be allowed or not.

I am co-owner of the site in question. The JV partners would receive free upgraded status at the site and have the ability to earn commissions on referral upgrades and purchases, so there really isn't anything for sale and it isn't a hiring type of situation, but not exactly an affiliate deal either since the base membership to the site is free.

Can someone advise me where I should list this (if at all)? I always get confused by this sort of thing, and I really don't want to break any rules through basic stupidity.

 

Anything like that would belong in the Buy/Sell/Trade area, but you don't meet the requirements to advertise there yet.
