Where should i place adsense ads on my blog?

    I'd put them in the header, footer, and between blog posts, to maximise the viewing.

    the header because when people go to your site, they see the header first :)

    Right-hand side is a good one. Most search engines have their paid ads on the right side. And at the top.

    One wide banner at the header of the site, one long banner in the sidebar (left or right, I hear right performs better) and then one smack dab at the top of your content.

    Nicely stated. I just watched a video from ProBlogger's creator Darren Rowse, and he said the best place to put ads are natural "pause points" where visitors naturally stop on your page. The best places he said would be at the top of the site, where visitors pause when they first visit the site to take it all in, and also at the bottom of your posts where people pause right after reading the article.
