Place all three ad blocks at different positions you may like. 2. track the number of clicks every week and find the best place where ads are getting clicked more. 3. Pur your very first ad block there for highest eCPM and hence highest revenue.
Through custom channels. Create different channels for each of your ad units and see from which channels most clicks are coming.
Ads that placed within the content, below the header and in the sidebar often have clicks. Take a look on this heatmap by google. This will give you a hint on where to put your ads.
Already there is an option for "Show ads between posts". Go to " Dashboard>> Design>> " from there you can find a check box for this, just enable that check box.
