    Greetings!
I'm a bit lost in this forum section. I noticed lots of topics with sad reviews of article writers and sort of dont know where should i order a Press Release article. The budget is 70-90$. I'd like it to be written by native english speaking author.
    Thanks in advance!

You can try the marketplace in sitepoint.com, I cannot remember his name but he does great articles in the language to language format.

Press releases are NOT articles, so make sure you're clear on that first. Don't hire content writers to do PR writing unless they have exceptional samples that have brought significant coverage for their clients (getting into things like Google news, Yahoo news, having them accepted to PRweb, etc. mean absolutely nothing towards their quality despite what some will try to tell you, so look for real coverage of unique stories by respectable outlets based on their releases). Press release writing is a specialty, and you should stick to people qualified to write them (people who know what they are, what they're intended to do, and who can guide you in dealing with journalists, distribution, and choosing a news angle).

That said, you'll find very few PR specialists who will do one for $70-90. I run a PR firm. As an example, I charge $99 for the writing alone, and that price is increasing significantly next year. Most start at $250 or so and the price can go upwards of $1000 (again, that being from qualified PR professionals).

Your next best option would be to look for a copywriter, although you run the risk of the release containing more sales-pitch-like hype (not good, and it can get you rejected from distribution outlets and journalists directly), so make sure the copywriter is well-versed in the difference between PR writing and marketing copy.

There was recently a discussion about this same topic somewhere in this section. It seems more people are starting to develop press release skills.

I write releases, but don't offer distribution services. Feel free to visit my site or shoot over a PM to discuss your actual topic and requirements if you haven't already found what you're looking for.

BTW - Jenn, definitely knows what she is talking about.

A PR is more than an article shoved into a certain format. There are two parts to an effective release - the actual style and content of the writing, and then the distribution to various media channels.

I can craft the document correctly, but don't have adequate media contacts to feel comfortable offering distribution. I guess I could offer it, but I don't like doing things that fall into my definition of "unprofessional" :)

    Good Luck!

Since you are specifically looking for someone "native", I would recommend "Jenn" or "Internetauthor" . Both of them are unique in their own way and I am sure you will never be disappointed.
Having written hundreds of them ,I can say that writing a PR needs altogether different approach and vision. I still see my brother throwing away the Press Releases in to the dustbin. If it does not make a news for an editor or a journalist, it is of no use. You will find some writers here on DP who are willing to work on $10 for a Press Release. But you can never be assured that this wouldn't meet the dustbin.
