    Yes, forums is probably the best bet. I would suggest you sign up to AdWords too - you can set your price per click as low as 2 cents (I believe) so you could get fairly decent, targeted traffic on a low budget.

    That is a very generic question. What is your advertising budget? What are you trying to achieve by advertising? Who are you targeting to? Don't you think that these are important factors?
