where should i add a meta tag to verify google webmaster a/c

hello friends can anybody here tell me that where should i add a meta tag to verify google webmaster a/c in my website www.articleslide.com please tell me the exact position to add that because i have tried many times but it is not accepted it .

 

put this meta tag below the title tag and description meta tag. Or you can upload a html file of the same name of code provided by google
