Where r the best free business templates,that can be easily modified?

hello,anybody know the best sites for good basic free business templates (selling physical products eventually with paypal buttons,etc).Ones that can be easily modified,with hopefully user help to do it.
This is for somebody with only a little knowlege of html css etc,but i'm learning,& hopefully modifying a template would help this.

Maybe I did get you wrong.
Cube cart is a script for a complete e-commerce website and it's heavily customizable with templates. You can add/remove blocks as per your needs, and if you click on the demo tab on their site, you will see different skins.
