Where mine funds will go :(

I had paid one seller from paypal using a kotak VCC, but when the seller didnt sended me the item , today i charged back. I had paid 700$ to him

Now i am worried, if paypal settle the case in my favour, will i get fund in my paypal account or the fund will be sended back to the VCC. If paypal sends the fund back to vcc, will it be posted to mine bank acct or it will be lost in the transaction.

Please can anyone help me about it

 

payment will get reversed to VCC however u need to contact bank after they reverse back the money and ask bank to take a complaint in this matter.....

 

I think first you should open a dispute in PayPal and then try Charge back.

Your funds will definitely go back to its original source... and not your paypal account!

Since VCC has time bound existence, you would do well contact your bank and work a way out to keep this VCC in existence if possible. Your bank would be able to give you the best possible work around... to this problem!

A VCC is active for 4 months so if the money returns then it will come back to your account easily.

 

if the vcc life is more enough then you can have back your money or u need to contact your bank.

 

Contact your bank and complain about the fraud and ask them to chargeback. Say the pament was 4$ and it make a system error which resulted in 400$ payment. Ask your bank to take necessary actions.

 

i think you should get it settled easily. paypal is customer friendly so you can email them the real scenario so the case will go in your favour. hope for the best,

 

The important part is win the dispute, give always accurate information and give the necessary documents to PayPal...

 

I think Paypal always agrees with buyer in case of dispute so good luck.
