Where may I speek with a moderator?

I feel as if an infraction I received was irrationally given, as the comment was informative and made to help assist others who may have wanted to know the information. What did I do wrong? I really would like some form of clarification or to speak with someone about it, please.

 

The best thing to do is PM a moderator who moderates the section you got nailed in.

Oh, wasn't trying to complain so didn't do all the details I just couldn't find where to find a moderator and stuff, I dunno how to find that. :| Thank you.
